Movimento Liberal Social werd officieel opgericht in 2005, na drie jaar van eerdere contacten tussen Individuele Leden van LYMEC. Het doel van MLS is het bevorderen van Liberalisme in Portugal. De beweging is een politiek platform van mensen die geloven dat de traditionele kloof in de Portugese politiek, tussen een moreel redelijk progressief maar economisch socialistisch Links en een economisch redelijk liberaal maar moreel conservatief Rechts, weinig zin heeft. Wij geloven in een integraal Liberaal project voor Portugal.

What is Movimento Liberal Social (MLS)?

Movimento Liberal Social was officially created in 2005, following three years of previous contacts between Individual Members of LYMEC. Its main goal is to promote Liberalism in Portugal. The movement is a political platform joining people who believe that the traditional divide in Portuguese politics, between a somewhat morally liberal but economically socialist Left, and a somewhat economically liberal but morally conservative Right makes little sense. We believe in an integral Liberal project for Portugal.
